Chicago gang leaders hold news conference

While on the surface gang members holding a press conference to speak out police tactics  to stop the violence seems crazy the gang leaders and activist do make some valid points and actually bring some ideas to the table. George Cook

At a news conference organized by self-identified gang members Thursday morning, several speakers complained that Chicago Police and city officials do not respect them, and that the only way to curb violence is to provide jobs and improving their community.
