There are 13 African Americans candidates who are republicans running for Congress this year. A question that is emerging with the belief that some like Allen West of Florida, Ryan Frazier of Colorado and Tim Scott of South Carolina have very good chances of winning is whether or not they will be welcome in the CBC. Some are interested in joing and the CBC has had two republican members before.
