New Orleans Police are asking your help in finding a 21-year-old woman.
Police tell WGNO Ruth Carter was last seen at a party on Freret Street on May 28, 2011, at about 2:00 P.M.
Carter is described as an African American female, fair skin, brown eyes, black hair and approximately 5’2” in height and approximately 120 pounds. Carter was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt and black shorts.
Carter is in need of her medication.
Anyone who may have seen or heard from Ruth Carter is asked to call the New Orleans Police Department’s non emergency line at 821-2222.
