If debt ceiling is not raised by Aug. 2 is it Obama's fault

Although August 2, 2011 has not passed yet many are already trying to place blame for a failure to raise the debt ceiling. Who do you think should get the blame, President Obama, Boehner, Cantor, Tea Party, Reid, or everybody? Give your answer and your opinion below:
