24-year-old Cherice Ragins was last seen February 21 in the Catonsville area. She was heading there to meet someone.
Authorities say Ragins has her name "Cherice" tattooed on her neck. If you have any information about her whereabouts, you're asked to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
