Now let me start off by saying that I believe in a woman's right to chose. That being said I agree with President Obama's administration descision to not allow teenage girls to by the morning after pill over the counter without a prescription.
They are not saying that the girls will not have access to the pill. They are saying that they need a prescription to get it..
I believe that this will allow more adult supervision and input in the process.
Do we really want teenagers making life and death descisions?Teenagers are people that still believe that saying, "I don't know." is a valid response to why thet did something stupid. Because of that we don't allow them to drink, drive, join the army, or buy guns as teenagers.
We don't allow those things because we as a society believe that they are not mentally ready and don't have the life experience to handle these situations.
If we don't believe that they are ready for those things how can we believe that are ready for Plan B?
